Do I need a conveyancer or a lawyer?

For standard residential deals a licensed conveyancer is faster and cheaper. We escalate to our partner property lawyers free if litigation or complex structuring arises.

How long does it take?

Average 28-35 days from exchange to settlement. We offer 14-day express if finance is ready. Off-the-plan can be 12-24 months — we monitor it for you.

What if my purchase falls through?

If you withdraw before exchange, you pay $0 professional fee — only disbursements already spent (usually $120-$220). After exchange, we help enforce or exit with minimal penalty.

Are you licensed for my state?
